~~~ The "Toons" Homepage was used in the latter part of 2006 and early in 2007, except for the Holidays, when the "Snowmen" page was running. The photo was taken at Froelich's Classic Corner Restaurant in Steubenville, Ohio. The image of the spooky fellow in the booth beyond us was totally accidental- the camera was on a tripod in the corner automatically snapping a photo every 60 seconds, and there he was. ~~~
